As a Remote Patient Monitoring Agent, you will play a crucial role in supporting patients through remote monitoring technology, ensuring they receive the care and attention they need from the comfort of their own homes.
Key
Responsibilities:
Monitor patient data and alerts in real-time using our remote monitoring platform.
Communicate with patients via phone or video calls to provide support and guidance as needed.
Escalate urgent issues to appropriate healthcare professionals for further evaluation and intervention.
Document all patient interactions and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and their caregivers.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service-related role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
