The primary objective of the Local Resource Planning specialist is to enable each center to improve Key Business Indicators and gain efficiencies by designating the right resources at the right times to service the client's customers at a given service objective. The LRP supports the contact center by providing accurate, detailed real-time analysis and action planning. The LRP is responsible to ensure the center is balancing resources to achieve maximum efficiency without causing employee dissatisfaction. Job
Responsibilities:
Manages queues/call-flow in real-time.
Main role in assigning the agent's schedules to better fit the forecast.
Ensures all exception coding is accurate for optimal schedule adherence.
Aids the business in micromanaging to the client's needs.
Key role in ensuring that client's workforce needs are met.
Assist in forecasting future data to better meet the line requirements. Required Skills and
Qualifications:
College degree in related field or 2-5 years experience in contact center support role.
Must be proficient on computers, knowledge and use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a must.
Proficient knowledge of contact center infrastructure.
Must have excellent analytical and troubleshooting expertise.
Must possess solid verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to multi-task and act professional in challenging situations.
Must be able to accommodate a flexible schedule (nights/weekends).
Superb listening, probing, negotiation, and de-escalation skills needed.
Must not have any outstanding corrective actions.
Schedule Adherence must be at least 90% for the last 90 days.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Physical Requirements:
FREQUENT: Bending/stooping, reaching, lifting, carrying, repetitive motions, sitting, standing, walking
OCCASIONAL: Kneeling, pushing/pulling
