Your Role
In this role, you will for leading highly functional team by leading your associates with guiding principles that value integrity, humility, and respect.
You will be held accountable for your associates quality of life, safety, production and process improvement initiatives by making sound decisions and solving problems.
You will hold yourself and other accountable for their actions while challenging the Status Quo and embracing change.
You will use systems to access data, develop reports and interpret data for Key Performance Indicators aligned with plant goals
You will be responsible continuously providing feedback and motivating your team using solid behavioral practices.
You will coach and mentor your direct reports to meeting their goals.
Qualifications:
2-5 years successful supervisory experience (with Bachelor's Degree) in a manufacturing environment or 5
years of supervisory experience (Associates or HS Diploma) in a manufacturing environment.
Working knowledge or understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
Ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively within all levels of the organization
Sound mechanical aptitude is a plus
Hands on supervisory or leadership experience on the shop floor.
Willingness to relocate within the company for future opportunities
